This Manzer sitar guitar has a unique sound. I never quite heard anything like this, and I've listened quite widely from Bismillah Khan to McLaughlin to Charlie Byrd to Polar Bear to Gwilym Symcock to everything in between. I know the individual ideas here, they don't surprise me. But your creative flare is unique. Your composition is refreshing. The performance is also masterful.

I got news for you; that’s not a secret pattern. I’ve been playing it for decades. Along with dozens and dozens of other patterns. Patterns are important because they train your ear as well as trying your fingers.
Its the picking pattern. Its all about the pick. Not the melodic note pattern. If you shred on acoustic guitar it makes sence, speaking about McLaughlin. The video is more than 20 years old and from a time where I performed his concerto "The Mediterranean" and later I actually saw him demonstrating this himself.
Once I've mastered the double neck I'll surely get a fantastic instrument like that❤❤❤
